简  历:
   程天海,男,现为中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所研究员。1981年生,中国科学院遥感与数字地球所研究员,中国科学院青年联合会委员,北京专家联谊会会员,主要从事气溶胶散射和偏振遥感机理方向研究。以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表SCI论文39篇,出版气溶胶偏振遥感专著1部。先后获得中国科学院青年促进会首届优秀会员、北京市优秀青年人才奖、中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖、全国优秀博士论文提名、中科院优秀博士论文、中国科学院院长奖,并入选首届“遥感青年科技人才创新资助计划”。
