  李正强1977年生,博士,优青/百人计划/研究员,硕、博士生导师。研究方向着重于偏振遥感机理及其在气溶胶观测中的应用。从理论模拟和反演方法两方面,明确显示了偏振观测可用于改进气溶胶遥感,被国际同行评价为“为更有效测量气溶胶开辟了一条新的道路”。发展的气溶胶参数反演方案是目前国际上可业务运行的三个地基反演算法之一。提出了太阳-天空辐射计定标系数传递公式,引领了国际上新一代高精度定标方法的发展方向,创建了反演整层大气气溶胶特性的太阳-天空偏振辐射观测网,推动了我国基于太阳辐射地基观测的气溶胶遥感研究与国际接轨。在国内较早开展了气溶胶成分遥感研究,在国际上率先将成分反演方法扩展为五成分,首次利用遥感获得了雾霾颗粒物中的水分含量,实现了雾霾气溶胶光学/物理/化学成分综合特性的深度探测。基于观测建立了雾霾转换过程中的气溶胶亚微米细粒子模态数学模型,提出了雾霾转换具有共性中间环节的科学认知,加深了对严重雾霾形成机制的了解。提出了细颗粒物(PM2.5)卫星瞬时遥感方法,开创了基于遥感反演绘制 PM2.5 动态变化的研究方向,建立了灰霾指数和空气质量指数(AQI)的卫星监测方法,相关工作应用于我国PM2.5卫星传感器的设计和论证。 

  完成了国家优秀青年科学基金、中德科学基金、973计划课题、国家高分重大专项课题、中科院先导专项课题等20余个项目和课题。多次受邀在国内外研讨会上做大会报告和邀请报告,担任国际辐射委员会(IRC)委员、欧盟气溶胶、云和痕量气体观测基础设施网络(ACTRIS)跨国访问评审委员会委员、美国NASA区域分布式气溶胶观测网格(DRAGON)共同负责人(CO-PI)、中国环境科学学会环境信息系统与遥感专委会秘书长等学术任职;发表学术论文120余篇,其中SCI论文60余篇,专著3部,发明专利2项,软件著作1项。
