刘文亮，博士，副研究员，中国科学院遥感与数字地球研究所。研究方向为社会经济遥感、生态环境遥感、时空大数据挖掘等方面。主持国家自然科学基金1项，国家科技重大专项项目2项，遥感科学国家重点实验室项目1项。作为科研骨干参与国家重点研发计划等项目10余项。在国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇，其中SCI 18篇。合作出版专著1部，申请软件著作权登记7项。
